Hi

I am trying to set up my son to play Minecraft on line via Microsoft xbox. I have set up a family account, however when on the child's account we try to verify using the adult login: the account it come up with an error message. "Something went wrong and
we cant sign you in at the moment. The Microsoft login server has detected too many repeated authentication attempts. Please wait a moment and try again". We have tried over several day and no luck.

Any ideas?

A child account has multiplayer play disabled by default, so you'll need to authorise him to do it. Go into Settings on your Xbox (when logged into a parent account) then into Account > Family settings and choose his profile. There you'll be able to control
what he's able to access online.

This Error message might be because of two possibilities:

- Or you don't have a Gold subscription.

- Or you currently have a Child Account , I mean the date of birth you have associated with your Microsoft Account is a not for adult.Because EA has a restriction based on which only adults are authorised to play their games ONLINE.

Nope, doesn't help at all.

After I put in my email to authorise and "sign-in" I get the following website
