Bonjour,

Je joue a minecraft sur Ps4 et je voulais me connecter a mon compte microsoft sur le jeux mais sa ma mis : 《Nous avons tenté de vous connecter votre compte Microsoft, mais une erreur s'est produite》 sa me saoule un peu car même en : relancant le jeux,
rallumer la console sa ne veut pas marcher. Merci de me donner une réponse au plus vite.

(PS : serieux que quand on veut mêtre une catégorie il n'y a pas par exemple ma catégorie minecraft car bon je ne joue pas sur xbox)

through the Xbox websiteand
Microsoft website? Does an error message appear when you attempt to sign in to the websites? If you are able to sign in to the websites
without experiencing any issues, we suggest reaching out to Mojang Supportand PlayStation Support for more assistance.

Use a 2 step authentificator.

If you activated the Authentification App, then turn that off, and then try signing in. The app requires that you use TWO authentification methods, one which is an app password generated by the app, and the other, your own password. Its weird, but regardless.

Turn off the authentification App, Clr Cache once again (just in case), turn off your console, reseat the hardrive, and then power it on and download.

Yes I can sign in to the Microsoft Account Site, I was checking the site for an hour to try to solve the problem by myself but nothing seem to work for minecraft. I using only 1 email adress on my computer, so yes i'm pretty sure i am sign into the correct
windows 10 profile. Restarting my computer didnt solve the problem. I was trying to reach the microsoft live chat support for a more direct help.
