Authentication problems.

I'm currently in a hotel where the Internet required you to connect by going to the broswer, no problem. Now my problem lies where I click a button that shows a drop down menu and I select the option I apply for... my cursor is stuck in the menu, if I move
it the option changes to whatever else is in that list. I cannot move the cursor to select the box to type the password or click the ToS agreement check box... I have to use my room mates external keyboard which we both don't like. Any update to fix this would
be great, or at least some info on what to do about it l, I have no money to buy my own keyboard at the test and unplugging it from the desktop across the room and plugging it into my Xbox and so on, is annoying and a pain with an excess of tangled wires...
any help would be appreciated.

If your having problems changing the email to this account, I would recommend that you change your password to it first and setup some of the advanced authentications sources. I like using the Microsoft Accounts (Athenticator) app to approve authentication
requests into the my account

Error code 0x87e107f9!!

I have the same issue, being the store service is having problems I am assuming purchased game authentication is having problems as well? But the service site needs to update to include this issue

SOMETIMES I get a cursor and I can type in the username. There is no tab button on the controller so I have to hit the B to get the cursor and choose the password line, except that now the cursor is gone for good.

We just want to set your proper expectations on this that if this tends to happen on the Minecraft servers itself if they have some server maintenances and other things that concludes on this issue, then it is within their server. But for this, we will try our best to find the best possible options for this concern of yours.

To get started, I'd like to ask a few questions to better understand the problem that you're facing:

Are you connecting to the Minecraft servers for multiplayer or possibly your friend's server? For us to conclude on where you want to connect into.
May we know on what platform you are playing Minecraft on, is it on the Xbox Console or PC?
Since we have seen that the category that you have placed this concern into is on "Mobile". We want to confirm if you are playing Minecraft via Mobile.

We are asking this question for now for us to be firm and to be able to know on what platform you are accessing on playing Minecraft Multiplayer.

And just a heads up, since you have just migrated your account on Minecraft. There are some steps as well on how to enable the Multiplayer options through the Xbox Privacy Settings as well. Here are some steps and helpful articles that might be helpful. Just follow these steps on how to ALLOW to join Multiplayer as well and create and join clubs:

Hello @kamrynashing!

Would you please give the following steps a try:

From the error message, select Enter alternate MAC address at the bottom of the screen, then select Manual
On a wireless PC connect to the Wi-Fi network you are trying to connect your console to. Once you have connected to your wireless network, you will now need to get the MAC address (physical address) of the PC
From your PC, open Command Prompt by typing CMD in the Cortana search box and then type ipconfig/all
Your MAC address is listed as "Physical Address" and is shown under the Ethernet adapter Ethernet section. Copy this number down and go back to your Xbox One console.
From your Xbox One console, enter the MAC address of your PC into the Alternate Wireless MAC address field. Once you have entered your MAC address, try connecting to your wireless network again.
