authenticate to xbox live?

hello friends.

i'm able to play single player minecraft windows 10 just fine. however, when i attempt to join a server, i get this;

"you need to authenticate to xbox live".

what do i do. i've reinstalled minecraft windows 10, i've changed my passwords, but i still get that msg and am unable to join my server. pls help.

Ok now its saying I need to authenticate to Xbox live

 

xbox one keeps asking me to authenticate

My xbox one won't connect to the xbox live server and keeps asking us to authenticate. The uverseaccount.html webpage doesn't exist and cannot fix the issue. Please advise as to how to authenticate:

Things I have tried:

clearing alternate MAC address and rebooting

clearing port number and resetting to automatic

connecting to different wifi connections

 

please start up the xbox app and go settings > network. If it shows that you are connectet to the internet but cannot connect to xbox live or it says something like teredo blocked/unavailable you need to fix this by following the steps in this article: Xbox App NAT Type Displays Teredo Is Unable to Qualify | Xbox App on Windows 10

If this isn't the problem or you require assistance with fixing the teredo just let me know
