Hola, la Xbox one "s" ya tiene bluetooth, asi mismo no se puede sincronizar un auricular con bluetooth al mando ?

Hola! Si, si se puede conectar a pc con windows 10 mediante bluetooth, solo considera antes los siguientes puntos:

• Para conseguir el mejor rendimiento, actualiza tu mando. Consulta
  Cómo actualizar tu Mando Xbox One en Windows 10.
• Bluetooth es compatible en PC, tabletas y portátiles. No es compatible en dispositivos móviles.
  
• Bluetooth no es compatible con ningún complemento como los auriculares, los chatpads o el Adaptador estéreo Xbox.
  
• Recomendamos conectar solo un mando a la vez cuando se use Bluetooth.
