August update...

Another great update! Compared to what the Xbox One was at the beginning, the UI changes and features incorporated has brought the console on leaps and bounds! Well done, Microsoft.

 

Liking the remote downloading, that's a step forward!

 

The 3d bluray support and controller battery indicator are the main ones for me, looking to be a really good update

 

Battery indicator is a godsend, I've lost count of the times I've been playing online and my pad has died leading to spectacular crashes on Forza!

 

anyone get this preview yet ?

 

Anyone having party chat issues? I have to keep the party snapped in order to hear and talk to party members.

^^ i thought it would be but didn't want to say its a know destiny issue if it wasn't related to destiny...

 

I don't know if its related but during the Destiny beta, both mine and my wifes Kinect stopped working. Like completely turned off. It fixed itself when we hard reset though.

 

just noticed with the 1408 update that the option enable 3D is available under display settings, but I heard 3D is not available in the blue ray app until later this month

 

Are they currently taking Beta testers for Xbox One OS?

I've just bought a massive telly and an Xbox One, I'm new to all this but looking forward to not dying in 1- secons on CoD Ghosts.... That and watching The Hobbit in 3D.

Any news?

I'd also be happy to beta test, I do a lot of that with my job anyway
