August rewards points

Hi,

Can someone check my rewards points for August purchases please? I have spent over £115 as a 10% member and the credits in my account don't seem to reflect that.

Missing MyVIP Rewards from August 2017

I purchased $23 (rounded down) in the Xbox Store in August but my Rewards Summary only lists the August survey points for the month and not the additional 460 points for being a 1 star VIP member.

Free Microsoft Points

The only legit ways of earning free points is through the Xbox Rewards Program or Bing Rewards program if they are available in your region. However, with Microsoft retiring the points system, the Xbox Rewards program will not longer be offering points as
of August 1.

Purchases can only be Rewarded once. You cannot get Credits for both MyVIP and an offer. From the FAQ:

What type of Rewards can I earn?

In addition to our special events and offers, there are two easy ways to earn Rewards Credits each month; by completing missions or special offers, or with a MyVIP Star Rank. To see current
missions, visit the MyMissions page. For more details, please see the Terms and Conditions. Don't forget to check back often to see what's new, as missions are updated frequently!

To learn more about your MyVIP Star Rank, which gives you a percentage back on what you buy in the Xbox Store, visit the MyRewards page. Once you have earned at least 1 Star, you'll start earning each month
based on your qualifying purchases from the previous month.

Please note: Xbox Live Rewards members may not earn Rewards Credits for multiple offers based on performing the same action. For example, your purchases made to complete a monthly mission won't also be eligible for MyVIP.

Therefore, your purchases that went towards the Summer Spotlight offer did not also award MyVIP Credits.

Hi. it was in August 2021. It registered as complete and I got the reward points. Just not yet received the giftcard.

Yes, Daft, it will indeed change. According to the Rewards website, as of August 1st, MSP will no longer be earned as a reward (there is no word yet whether this will change to local currency) and around August 7th all of your pending points will be deposited
into your account, regardless of how many there are.

All Microsoft points were deposited as of August 2013 with Microsoft points were discontinued and the program switched to Rewards credits. So your points would have been deposited several years ago.
