August Preview Update Problem

Got a problem with the August Preview update and cant get into the Early Access Forum. Cant use the Offline Update Tool as its a preview update. Any ideas what I can do, Xbox support wasn't much help.

The August update is no longer in preview mode, it went live. If you need to use OSUDT you should be able to do that now, I believe.

However, I will go ahead and request that you get given the permissions to access the preview forums so that you can post there instead if need be.

 

The console try's to update when I power it up but I get a error. When using OSUDT I get a E101 error.

 

Managed to get the console updated so back up and running, but still cant access the forum. Would like to be able to access the forum for any problems in the future.

 

I already put a request in for you to get access to the preview forums last time I posted here. I'll update you when they confirm they have done this.
