So why it's being offered to some countries and not others? They haven't provided any alternative as well.

 

Why can't we always play every game that comes out of Japan or Korea? Same principle.

 

The difference is those games are not be listed on offer in the store of your region. BTW would prefer reply from MS rep not some random gamer in here.

Well, you're not going to get one as nobody from MS visits these forums in any official capacity. At best, you might get a reply from an XBL ambassador, such as myself, or from a forum moderator.

As for your issue, I've done some digging on your behalf. According to the game's description on the Xbox Store, it supports English, French, and Spanish. The official website for the game itself supports additional languages: Italian, German, Russian, Polish,
and Japanese. Although this information is language-based, it might give you an idea of where the game is able to be played. If you're not in one of the countries that speaks those languages, you may be out of luck. If you are, then your guess is as good as
mine. I also saw a link regarding the Steam version of Dishonored and how someone couldn't activate their CD key in their country - another user suggested that his region may have IP blocked the game. Something similar may have happened in your case too, but
on the Xbox 360.

Finally, letting us know which country you're from could be a tremendous help.

Thanks for the information. I'm based in Dubai, UAE. Here local population (arabic speaking) are 30% rest are Expat communities from Europe, Asia, USA, africa, India etc. So you can say almost everyone speaks english here but prob MS doesn't realize it even
though they have offices here. XBone is also being launched in sept here but I bought mine in Dec 2013.

So you guys can pass info like this to higher ups so that they have clear picture about this region.
