Audio via 2 Xbox one controllers via laptop

What happens if you try connecting the player 2 controller first, so that it is now considered player 1. Are you able to hear audio from the headset now? If not, then the controller could be faulty.

Both controllers audio is working coz when i plug both in only 1 works as soon as i unplug the working 1 the other 1 gets the audio. When i plug the 1st one in again no sound untill i unplug the other 1 again.

Thank you for posting here on the Xbox forums. Are you saying that When you have headsets connected to both controllers, you only get audio through the player 1 controller?

What are you doing while testing this out? Were you in a game through the Companion app, or the beta app? Let us know more details, along with any troubleshooting steps you have already attempted.

I did try that but still no audio. Is it even possible to hear any audio via 2 xbox one controllers at the same time using a wireless adaptor on windows
