    A couple of weeks ago my audio button in the last page of the guide went missing I know it's not my headset cuz I was using it all the time to change it for a movie or game.... I even got a new cord they Astros a10

    Audio tab in parties

    If in a party you are in party audio rather than gamechat. To go into gamechat whilst in a party go into the party, options near the bottom, and switch to gamechat. It automatically switches when you aren’t in a party.

    Could be his party audio that is too low. He can check it during the party, in Settings tab will appear Audio settings.

    In a recent update, Xbox moved the settings tab under “Profile.” Once you have selected settings, on the General tab, there is a “Volume & Audio output.” The chat mixer is located on this tab.
