Audio Sync Issues

I'm having audio/video sync issues on my Xbox one when streaming from Netflix and Amazon. It's recently gotten worse with the last update. I've isolated the problem to the Xbox. I currently run my Xbox into a receiver and then to the TV. When I swap
the Xbox out with my Roku, the Roku works fine in the same input. Therefore, the issue is certainly the Xbox (or the apps written for the Xbox). I certainly hope this isn't a "created problem". It's frustrating to spend as much as I did for my Xbox One,
and a $40 Roku or Chrome Cast stick works better. I thought Microsoft wanted the Xbox One to be at the center of entertainment in homes.

Blu Ray Player out of sinc after latest console update!!!!

I Am having this same Issue with Audio Sync Issues. Tried watching couple movies tonight via BluRay APP and Audio Sync issues was very bad.

Question About the Disc Drive in the Xbox One

I was getting audio sync issues over hdmi into my soundbar through tv arc mode, I just added 2 ms delay through the tv to put into sync

not you the only one have the same problem all Xbox one users when they use Surround system the sound gets delayed You can search the Internet and see a lot of people talking about this and make them Microsoft never cares

The last update they claim they fix that problem but they never did I’ve been buying several surround system and several headset surround system and all of them have the same problem because of the surround system in the Xbox are
out of synchronize

Hi Brb DAMS, This is often a audio sync issue, your voice chat will be delayed due to stream protection to prevent stream sniping but if the game audio itself is lagging i would recommend restarting your console. This had happened to other steramers and
players that game audio doesnt sync right.

Hey there Dawgsbest,

Let's check a few thins. Have you also tried playing with the TV audio settings to see if there might be any sort of sync setting to adjust? Have you tried changing the audio settings on the console as well to see if it helps out with this sync issue?

If you go into Settings > Display & sound > Audio output. What are your settings for HDMI and Optical audio if you're using that option. Does changing these settings help with this audio issue?

Because i seen if i put to 480p i dont have that problem but when its on 1080p or 720p it does it so i think is 60fps bug on youtube because its only on new gen but not on old ones
