    Audio Problems with Party Chat Xbox One to Series X


    Hi,

    I have a problem with the audio chat when we play and talk in a party with my xbox friends.

    Me and my friends have Xbox One, only one passed to new Series X.

    When we play and talk in a party (all with jack headset connected on pad) with my xbox One friends all works fine, but when the guy with Series X come to xbox party chat, all of us (xbox one player) listening echo of our voice (and the game sound) from the
    series x guy (all tv’s volume are on 0), while for him the audio chat is ok (no echo of our voice and game sound).

    When we played all on xbox one, this problem don’t appears.

    The xbox audio settings of the series x guy are the same of us, he tries different accessories (old pad, old headset, old tv) with Series X, but the problem still continue.

    This trouble appears on all games we play togherer (mostly fifa and pubg).

    Is it possible that the Cross Party Chat (xbox one to Series X) make audio problems?

    Audio messages(I can't hear them when run games)

    When i talk audio message i mean AUDIO MESSAGE NOT PARTY CHAT.

    Party chat is not message.

    And when i power on my console series x and previews xbox consoles(For example xbox one s) when i am at menu the audio messages work fine i can hear them normally but when i run any game(EXCEPT FOTZA HORIZON 5) any audio message send or receive i CAN'T listen it.

    Hashbrown, I have the same setup with my xbox series X, do you have any issues with party chat and game volumes or echoing in the party chat? Do you have any idea if I can alter audio settings for the mic through my computer?

    Hello!

    Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. There is an audio setting called chat mixer which balances the party chat volume with the rest of the volume on the console. The article entitled
