Audio problems with 4k movies

I am also having this problem just with a nice LG 4k tv with a pioneer vsx 80 receiver. I can watch 4k media no problem threw HDMI I get video and audio and when I go to watch a normal bluray movie I get no video and I get all the audio. I have to take
the bluray out and restart my xbox to get the video to come back on.

Having this issue with 4k discs. The audio loss for about 4 seconds and then stutters briefly. Happening every 30 minutes into a movie

I have sometimes noticed that at different times of the day, different resolutions are available. Sometimes a movie will show as available in 1080p 5.1 audio but when I check it a different time the same movie will show as 4k UHD with Atmos audio. I think
that they make adjustments based on the current internet speeds and/or traffic at the time.

Every mid to high end 4K disc player has a second HDMI output for audio only. If it can be for done movies why can't it be done for games?

I'm having the same issue last night while watch a 4k movie using the disc drive. The movie would go black and the audio audio would resume and a few seconds later the image would return. Sometimes the image would disappear and not come back until I turned the console off.

I have an Xbox series X running with an LG CX 65" 4K UHD HDR OLED TV. I really hope there is a fix for this. It was disappointing that I had to stream the movie from my tv rather using the disc version with the Xbox.
