    Audio Problem in xbox one


    Last night i was playing GTA V, all good, today i turn on my xbox and i have an error that i can´t start any app, youtube got freeze and get me out of the app, and the big problem is that my xbox didn´t have sound, menus, games, videos, etc... I have an
    HDMI connection and the xbox don´t recognize it, it appears like "Desactivated" and the Optic Audio is activated, i don´t have any optic audio in my Tv or in my home, and i can select the other option like 7.1 or bitstream.

    Can anyone help? Sorry if my english is a little bad, im from Mexico, Greetings <3

    I have all those games and I'm not having any issue. Maybe try to delete a game and reinstall it to see if it is a problem with the download or if it is a problem with the console itself.

    The problem is right now the connectors at the bottom of the new controllers are different, they have increased the frequency of the audio too (which equates to better audio quality).

    They are working on an adapter but there's no release date, but it's worth noting the Xbox One comes with a headset (even though it's a cheap one).
