Discus and support Audio Options: Where Are They (Play through speakers option) in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; The option to be able to choose where the audio plays through needs to be added back.     Audio Options: Where Are They (Play through speakers option)


    The option to be able to choose where the audio plays through needs to be added back. It would be perfect if we had the choice to either:

    -Play Through Headset

    -Play Through Speakers

    or

    -Play Through Both

    I loved these options on the 360. Do you guys agree?

    i cant find where the settings are set voice through the speakers. Ive gone to audio/ video settings and there is no option for the headset. where is the option? is there one?

    Xbox One Audio Problem

    HDMI & Optical Audio are not an option. Do i have any other options to get Audio from the Xbox One to my speakers?

    This cannot be correct? how can it be a bug to only want to play audio through a headset and not through both headset and soundbar/speakers? you have always been able to choose the option to only play through a headset and turn off the output via speaker, since the September update you no longer can.

    what possible use case would there be to play audio through both speaker and headset?

    This is the response "No option for Audio to be played on the speakers with the chat headset connected whilst leaving the chat microphone in use. No way to route the output audio to an external speaker system."

    And that it may be included in the future.

    Why isn't there an option on to have the chat audio come through TV speakers, headphones, or both like there was on the las XBOX. Seems like a very poor decision to get rid of those options. I want the chat audio coming through my television and headseat
    like I used to do with the XBOX360. How is there no fix for this yet?

    I think Xbox One has finally got Dolby Digital output through Optical?

    Xbox 1 still doesn't have DOLBY support for Optical nor HDMI connection, but Xbox 360 has.

    Xbox 360 can produce Dolby through my 2x 10w HDTV speakers where as Xbox 1 can only produce STEREO through my 2x 10w speakers. I can clearly... tell the difference between the two. Dolby has MORE audio detail and if Xbox 360 has it I don't see why Xbox 1
    the next gen doesn't yet.

    Anyone using Turtle Beach DSS headphone set up

    I have the DSS with my X11s. It is not as good as previous CoDs. Still a big difference from just playing through tv speakers but not as good as BO. I was a little disappointed they didn't include audio options in MW3 like they did with BO.
