    Audio not working


    I am playing and when i get on i get into a party i couldnt hear my friend so i restart my xbox and it starts working, but when i get into fortnite it asks me to log into a account which it has never asked me. Then i log in and everything is bugged. I
    cant see my xbox live friends and not all of my epic games friends. I am assuming its a login issue? But when i am in a party for fortnite and xbox i am in party chat for xbox i am talking and i am somehow also talking in gamechat when i am not even in it
    and everyone in the party for fortnite can hear me. Party channel for xbox works fine, but when i go into game chat they can still hear me but i cant hear them. I turn off my microphone and turn it back on i hear them for like 1-2 seconds then i cant hear
    them anymore. This started happening as soon as the season started which was Wednesday.

    Hey Retro, can you clarify what kind of audio setup you're using ? Which cables are you using for audio? Just the red/white cables? Optical? HDMI? Keep us posted here, we'd love to see this resolves. Games are much more fun when you have audio!

    I honestly don't know that much about what's going on. The TV isn't on mute, and even when I have the volume up to the max, I still can't hear the audio from anything going on with the xbox. The picture works just fine, and it isn't a problem with the
    t.v. because my dvd player and all the t.v. channels have sound. One wierd thing is that while I can't hear the audio from the xbox, if I have my dvd player hooked up to the tv and playing on a separate input, I actually hear the audio from the movie when
