    I bought this Xbox One S second hand, and it works, I can play games, the other leads all work fine, but I can't seem to get audio working? The panel on the back is broken (I got a tenner back for it), I thought it was just surface level so wasn't bothered as it was cheap, but now I'm worried the audio jack is broken.

    I plug in the speakers (have tried two different sets so its not the lead) and it makes a buzz sound but no audio comes through :/

    Looking for advice on what settings to try out, as I am new to Xbox.

    Will the Xbox Elite Wireless Controller Series 2 be compatible with the Xbox One Chatpad accessory? Will the controller fit into the case with the Chatpad attached?

    It fits, but the Audio is not working. Sounds like a wrong codec. Digital Audio Fragments like a broken mp3. Aonds oft the xbox are fine, some Musik too. But no voices.

    So recently I realised something wrong and broken in spotify. The Audio slider, on the xbox one version of spotify,dosent work for me. It did for months and know it just stopped. Basically, Whenever I turn up or down the audio slide it dosent change the
    Volume of the song. I could use the xbox audio, not spotify, but it effects my game. Someone please HELP

    Seriously MS please fix the surround sound issue on the Xbox One...very disappointed :(

    @agold047, I tried this and when trying to change the audio settings on my XBOX it said something to the affect that it couldn't find my receiver. Correct me if I am doing something wrong in the setup. Thanks.
