Audio not synced!

Discus and support Audio not synced! in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; i am the only one experiecing this problem with the netflix app?     Audio not synced!


    i am the only one experiecing this problem with the netflix app? Basically i watch a video and then the audio doesnt match with the video so everything is out of sync. I'm using HDMI and even played around with the audio settings on the Xbox one.

    Yes. Have this problem too. Extremely frustrating. Some channels worse than others. Seems that the last update made it worse. I have AT&T Uverse STB passing HDMI through the Xbox One and then into an AV receiver and then to TV. Hardly any noticeable lag
    if watching video direct through Xbox apps (IE. Netflix, Vudu, etc). It's just live TV. It's terrible. Can't even watch anything hardly... especially ABC.

    I have the same problem. Lots of input lag. My AVR has a setting to delay sound output, but I haven't messed with it. I dont expect the xbox one to last as my tv watching machine for much longer with all the problems.

    Hi Brb DAMS, This is often a audio sync issue, your voice chat will be delayed due to stream protection to prevent stream sniping but if the game audio itself is lagging i would recommend restarting your console. This had happened to other steramers and
    players that game audio doesnt sync right.

    Getting analog audio and HDMI at the same time?

    Whoever says that HDMI audio is superior to Toslink must think that Mcdonalds is fine dining. HDMi lags and is not recommended for proper video audio sync. Fiber is far superior and will always be faster then a copper connection. Certain games like Rocksmith
    recommend using only toslink audio as HDMI is too slow to sync to the video.

    Hey there Dawgsbest,

    Let's check a few thins. Have you also tried playing with the TV audio settings to see if there might be any sort of sync setting to adjust? Have you tried changing the audio settings on the console as well to see if it helps out with this sync issue?

    If you go into Settings > Display & sound > Audio output. What are your settings for HDMI and Optical audio if you're using that option. Does changing these settings help with this audio issue?
