Audio messages(I can't hear them when run games)

Hi.

I have the same issue for more than a year(Yes you read well more than a year) and never solved even i have contact with ms support e.t.c.

I can't hear any audio message when i run games. The only game i run and i can hear audio messages is the forza horizon 5 no one else(Halo infinite, destiny 2 e.t.c.)

Any suggestion?

Does anyone else has the same issue?

When i talk audio message i mean AUDIO MESSAGE NOT PARTY CHAT.

Party chat is not message.

And when i power on my console series x and previews xbox consoles(For example xbox one s) when i am at menu the audio messages work fine i can hear them normally but when i run any game(EXCEPT FOTZA HORIZON 5) any audio message send or receive i CAN'T listen it.

When you say audio messages, do you mean from party chat audio on your headset? Also what device is this happening on?

I have already do all these with any change at all.

And i try even full reset DELETE everything from console e.t.c.

Still don't change anything at all.

I even try to connect 3-4 different headset to the stereo adapter headset.

I'll recommend you do a power cycle to clear the system cache

- Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.

- Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 2 minutes.

- Plug the console power cable back in. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on and check if it's all good.

If that doesn't help, I'll suggest you try doing a factory reset keeping games and apps on your console. This will refresh the console and remove all potential bugs without deleting any game data.

- Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

- Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

- Select Reset console.

- Choose Keep Games and Apps

Once that is done, you'll need to sign into the console using your Microsoft account credentials. If the issue is with your console, that should fix it.

I went to my settings and everything was enabled. I blocked everything and power cycled then alowed everything and power cycled. It still isn't working. Now when I record message I can hear audio. I look in my game chats and I can see that people are talking in game but still can't hear them. Then I join an Xbox party and try to speak but it's not working.
