    Audio Lag in Forza Horizon 5 on Xbox Series X


    I've been experiencing audio lag while playing Forza Horizon 5 on my Xbox Series X. The sound effects and music seem to be delayed by a few seconds, which is really disrupting the gameplay experience. I've tried restarting the console and checked my audio settings, but the issue persists. Is anyone else encountering this problem? What solutions have you found that might help resolve this audio lag? Thanks in advance for any insights or advice!

    Please check your TV settings. Make sure that your TV is set to "Game Mode" to reduce input and audio lag because some TVs also have specific settings for audio delay that you can adjust.

    Check audio output settings too. Ensure that your Xbox audio output settings match your setup (e.g., stereo, surround sound). A mismatched settings can sometimes cause delays.

    And then update the game and console. Make sure both Forza Horizon 5 and your Xbox Series X are running the latest updates.

    Next is to power cycle the Xbox by holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds to perform a hard reset.

    If the issue persists after performing the troubleshooting steps, uninstall and then reinstall Forza Horizon 5 because it can help resolve any corrupted files.

    Thanks! The weird thing is, this issue only happens with series x games. Forza horizon 4 looks perfect. It’s just the new multiplayer halo and Forza Horizon 5.
