Audio keeps cutting off while I am downloading anything, be it games, apps, or updates.

I do not know if I will be in the right section of the forums. If I am not, please let me know that way I can post this in the right area.

So I do not know what I can do to try and fix this, but it seems that whenever I am downloading anything, be it games, apps, or updates, my audio to my headset always cuts out. At first, I thought it may have been my controller doing it as I was using a
wired headset, but I just switched over to a wireless headset today, the Plantronics Rig 800 LX SE, and I was downloading a game and the audio got cut to my headset.

I do not know why it does that to my headset audio, but I have been having this problem since the Xbox One first got released, and it is rather annoying because there doesn't seem to be a fix at all, and I haven't been able to get a solution from anyone
on the Xbox Customer Support side of things.

If someone could give me some assistance to rectify this ongoing problem that I am having, that would be great.

hi i also found a audio glich where it keeps cutting in and out relly qwick after playing for a while but only during races.

All bug i found are on xbox one

 

Two regular errors streaming with Twitch

NOTE: These errors only occurred after the most recent app update.

As far as I know, there is nothing I can do on my end to correct these so they must be bugs in the Twitch app itself.

Error 1

While streaming, my viewers keep complaining about the game audio cutting out for a few minutes or becoming choppy. My mic audio, on the other hand, is totally fine while this is happening. It has happened multiple times with a few different games (Neverwinter,
The Witcher 3 and Fallout 4, just to name a few).

Error 2

While streaming with party chat, if I go to turn my Kinect camera on or off, the party audio stops coming through and I have to completely restart the stream to correct it.

Also, Detailed Network Stats (Settings>Network>Network Settings>Detailed Network Statistics) as seen on your Xbox One console? Does this issue occur when you're using your headset in a party, game-chat, or both?

 

Hi there cazador. To answer your first question, yes, I am enrolled in the preview program, but this is an issue that occurs when I wasn't even in the preview program and just continued to this day.

The answer to you your second question, it will occur in both, but it will also occur when I am not even doing anything and I am just on the home screen.

As for the detailed network statistics:

Currently

Download Speed: 93.14 Mbps

Upload Speed: 10.20 Mbps

Packet Loss: 1% (that is always at 0, so I don't know why there is a packet Loss)

MTU: 1480

Latency: 57 ms

Wireless Strength: 100%

packet loss you're currently experiencing, please try the steps in that guide for "You have high packet loss" to see if they can help. While 1% packet loss is not high, any packet loss can contribute to issues you're seeing with your Xbox Live experience.
