Audio issues while gaming on PC

We understand the inconvenience caused and we are here to help. As per description, your audio is not working while playing games on PC and it happened not only for one game. Let us check on this together to resolve the problem.

To better understand it, we would like to ask few questions about it.

1. When did the problem start?
   
2. Did you have recent changes that may cause the issue?
   
3. What Window version are you using?
   
4. What Windows version are you using?
   
5. Are you using a headset or built speakers?
   
6. If using a headset, have you tested it on another device?

I doubt getting an answer for my hi-fi headphone - attachable mic - microsoft adapter problem as posted above. It probably would not work anyway. Maybe a compromise solution could be: PC headset with two 3.5mm jacks (audio + mic). The audio jack to the DAC,
mic jack to the adapter.

This might be the only way to get chat audio to the headset while maintaining superior game audio from the DAC. Check out the forthcoming Audio Technica ATH ADG1 PC headset.

Usually with the capture card you'll be able to record all the video and audio happening on your console

Please try using the regular OBS and configure it properly to see how it goes

Can be a bug/issue with the one that you're using right one

It looks like this issue is still not resolved.
