Audio issues when playing first party xbox titles and streaming them to mixer

Ok so here is the scenario. I have been a streamer on mixer for about 8 months and have only experienced this problem on two occasions and both occasions was with Natively downloaded versions of play anywhere titles on my pc. First one was Gears of War 4
and Forza Horizon 3. GoW4 i own on xbox and just wanted to stream it natively from my pc but within a few minutes I lost the audio feed to my Open Broadcasting software.(happened about 2 months ago) I rebooted the game and the stream several times with the
same result. I assumed the issue was specific to Gears of War 4 because i did not have the issue with any steam game I have bought and streamed. I went back to streaming PUBG and Fortnite. Fast forward to this week. I have gotten pumped to play Forza Horizon
4 when it comes out so I purchased the Forza Horizon 3 with all dlc and car pack bundle from the microsoft store on my pc. Twenty minutes into streaming it to mixer my chat informs me that we have lost all audio, game and microphone. I reboot stream and several
minutes later the same issue. I fought with settings and submitted tickets to mixer trying to figure it out. Late last night a thought occurred to me. Both games i have had this issue with are Microsoft First Party Play Anywhere Exclusives. I cannot find a
solution to this issue on the internet but i am hoping that maybe someone somewhere has had this same issue and can perhaps offer me a solution or at least an explanation as to why when I am playing a Microsoft First Party Play Anywhere Title, that I lose
audio output to my stream. Another thing to note is it would appear that i only lose the audio when i click out of the game to type something in chat and then return to the game.

Yeah, Mixer stinks. I switched to Youtube. Great audio and video.

Cannot start Mixer Stream - Xbox One X

Hi All,

This is my first time back on these forums in about 10 years. So, I recently have been streaming via Mixer for a bit of fun. However recently when I try to stream the "Start Broadcast" option and change title etc are all greyed out. I am signed in so
no issues there, anyone got any ideas why this is happening?

One thing to note with mixer is that if you are in an Xbox Live party and streaming each person in the party needs to tick the box to include their audio in the stream.

this feature have been added to Mixer, but not sure about Twitch

Mixer only has a setting to include xbox party chat audio on stream, not game chat audio

Whoever is in the party also needs to ensure they allow party audio to be included, it should be a check box their end.

What specifically doesn't work? The stream audio or the party audio?

Was that not covered in the OPs post?

Seems to me that the OP is playing using the Remote Play function but the Microphone doesn't work when in a party chat whilst using the Remote Play. the Mic works fine when directly connected to the Xbox or used via the Xbox App
