    audio is stuttering on apps


    My audio is stuttering with my wired headset plugged into my wireless controller. It will stutter for a split second and then go back to normal and do that a few times when watching a YouTube video or watching Disney Plus. It might be my controllers connection to my Xbox but that doesn't make sense because my Xbox is on my desk. And I don't think it's my headset because I tried my HyperX cloud x headset on my laptop and the audio sounded fine. When I tried my other headset the asro a10 plugged into my controller It did the same stuttering buzz noise that happened before with my other headset and I tried a different controller with no luck. And it only happens through my headset not when I use my TV audio which confuses me leading me to think that it is my controller's connection maybe something in my Xbox is going wrong.

    Hello Fernando.

    Sorry for the late reply, but none of those options on the website work. I recently changed wifi providers and even that didn't help with the audio stuttering. Even deleting the app off my phone and reinstalling it doesn't help.

    Edit: On top of the stutter, audio has now just been disappearing entirely for no reason and only comes back when I restart the app.

    Xbox Blu ray player still out of sync

    I've also had blu-ray problems since day one, both with out of sync and stuttering. I've had my system replaced through the Microsoft warranty program and the new one is the same, either audio and/or video stutters intermittently. I'm pretty sure it's
    the blu-ray app. Which really isn't a big surprise considering how terrible the OS is it's no wonder the blu-ray app is terrible.

    Vudu and Amazon Video having problems since the New Xbox One Update. "Judder" or "Stutter" like effect when videos are playing on these two apps.

    Add Netflix to the list.... also with the stuttering there is a green screen with only audio.
