Audio has a buzz when I have downloads running

I appreciate you letting me know. In this case, you may need to reset the console keeping your games and apps. Don't worry because as long as you're connected to Xbox Live your saved progress, games, will not be deleted. It will remove all of your accounts but you can add all of them later on.

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

Select Reset console.

Reset and keep my games & apps.

Hi Sir, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

That's not normal. If you're hearing this through a headset that is connected to your controller please update the controller.

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide, select Profile & system > Settings > Devices & streaming > Accessories, and then select the controller you want to update.

2. On the Xbox Wireless Controller screen, select “…” to check the firmware version for your controller.

3. If it says “Update,” select Firmware version, and then follow the steps provided.

If it's through your TV please perform a powercycle on your console.

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE​​​

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​

Its not a controller issue, tried 3 different controllers that were all up to date.

I have an issue with headset adapter, if you plug in the USB & charge the pad with the headset connected, you get a buzzing through the mic. It's not audible to people in the chat/party but if you try to record audio in say upload studio its as loud as the
game audio & not usable.

Also the mic activator image is constantly on when the USB is connected, due to the buzzing.

Needs fixed, since the pads won't last long with the headset connected, since game audio & voice audio are going through the pad.

I have the XO Four headset, works great if you don't connect the USB to power/charge the pad.

(Just in case)

When updating your pad/adapter connect the audio jack before doing it.

I don't know if its my console or what but I downloaded cod AW and it froze and audio buzzed me out to the dashboard .... I have ac unity digital as well and haven't had any problems what so over so far and im like 12 hours In .... halo I have on disc and
it froze and buzzed me out while I was play'n the campaign so im not sure if its my console or what .....
