Audio gone static in party chat when others speak

i have tried a party with a friend and it works fine with him, we also tryed a different audio output with family member sadly same thing happening, tho i was in a party with another family member and thy can hear the person fine yet i cant hear eather
of them apart from static this is baffling

If it doesn’t change on your end and still comes through as static on both headset and speakers then it could be on theirs. I suggest either asking them to change their audio input again or try joining a party with someone else to see if it is a connectivity

It seems the issue is related to the in-game chat option not working properly in a streaming format since your mic and headsets works in other formats and they work separately on different displays.

What happens if you invite your brother's profile to an Xbox Live party chat and communicate that way? Is there an audio or mic issue when forming a party chat and choosing to not speak in game chat?

I am saying that the game sound lowers when someone speaks in party chat, however it does not in game chat. I have to manually adjust the in-game audio options. Is this normal?
