Audio Glitch and Then Shut Down

I just picked up the Battlefield 1 1TB One S today. I did the setup, it downloaded the newest update, and I thought I was all set. After about 20-30 minutes of use, the audio has glitch sounds take over and then the console shuts off. It powers up after
you hit the X button on the console. The console is cool to the touch, it is not overheating.

might be a glitch in the profiles....remove them all ,then shut everything down and re add them ....

 

Game DVR: Nothing but Trouble (no audio)

Im have the same issue, my clips now have no audio, i tried all types of "fix" on the web but no sucess, tried shot down and clear mac, tried shut down and uninstall upload studio, tried clear mac and unisntall U.Studio and then shut down and restart all...but
nothing =/ (sorry my english)

Sorry to hear about that. Does this happen while playing any game in particular or does it happen seemingly at random? Take a look at the troubleshooting guide for the

Xbox One console turning off unexpectedly and follow the suggestions provided there. If you continue to experience issues, you can try a

factory reset of your Xbox One and see if that helps. If you still experience the issue and are within your retailer's return/exchange window, you may want to return you console for a new one. If you are outside that window, you may want to consider having
your console repaired/replaced. You can initiate that process via the
Online Service Center.
