Audio desync when watching YouTube

I would highly recommend trying these troubleshooting steps suggested by the Microsoft Agent and Moderator XBF Mohammed C at:

Go to System > Settings > Network settings > Advanced settings > Alternate mac address > Clear.

If the issue persists, please select System > Settings > Devices and streaming > Blue ray > Persistent storage > Clear persistent storage (three times) > Restart console.

If the issue keeps on happening, you can soft reset the console by going to Settings > System > Console info > Reset this xbox > Reset and keep my games and apps.

Yes, i watched a YouTube video and they connected the Xbox directly to the soundbar. It also showed the what audio settings you should have on the Xbox.

Make sure your Xbox's audio settings are set correctly. You can find this setting in Settings > General > Volume & Audio Output.
Make sure you're using the latest version of the YouTube app. If not, update the app.
Sometimes problems can be caused by temporary or corrupt data stored in your Xbox's cache. To clear the cache, press and hold the power button on your Xbox until it turns off completely, then unplug the power cable and wait a few minutes before plugging it back in and turning on your Xbox.

Hi im having the same issues with my clips too, i was told by support to try unplugging power leads from xbox and power brick, leave for a few minutes and plug back in. This worked but only temporarily and my clips are still out of sync. Hopefully they can
fix this in an update soon.

To fix this, please perform a power cycle on your console by following the steps below:

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE​​​

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​

If that didn't work resetting the console keeping games and apps will be the next option. Don't worry because as long as you're connected to Xbox Live your saved progress, games, will not be deleted. It will remove all of your accounts along with game clips that aren’t uploaded to xbox network but you can add all of accounts later on.

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

Select Reset console.

Reset and keep my games & apps.
