Audio/cutscene problems

So I'm having problems with my games on xbox one s. I don't know if its latency problems, bandwith, ping, I just don't **** know. My games play fine but when a character talks they'll either say something and skip what they say, say something then stop and
mouth what they are suppose to say then talk again, or in some cutscenes with bioshock it freezes or skips parts of the scene, or a character will talk over each other without finishing their sentences in conversation and its just annoying as ****. No one
seems to know what my problem is and I'm just very aggravated. Also when I jump off of something or climb something, assassins creed for example I hear the sound effect 3 or 4 seconds later. Please someone help me.

No Cutscene Audio

For some reason, the audio for cutscenes in what appears to be all of my games is either muted or turned way down. Normal gameplay seems fine. Just the special scenes. I am in the Xbox insider. I also own the X. I checked both the in-game settings, tv, settings,
my other consoles. It is the Xbox One X. I just do not know if it is an Insider issue or what. I also checked with Xbox Support and was sent here after a few failed attempts to get it working. The sooner the better since I really can't use my Xbox until it
is resolved.

Audio Problems on Tomb Raider Definitive Edition.

Hi i encountered a similar issue with in-game cutscenes where my audio would just mute for cutscenes. I found that the fix was to change the systems audio settings to 'Stereo' from either 7.1 or 5.1. Hope that helps.

Same problem here, even the cutscenes play audio, but I can't get it to work ever so you are lucky.

Haven't had that problem, but the opening cutscene played 6 times before starting the game, and the audio is out of sync. I notice it most in those hand to hand encounters.

Has there been any update to this issue? I am having the same exact problem with the new official Xbox Wireless Headphones.

Its really bad when playing Gears of War 5 with all the cutscenes every few minutes. It just stops playing audio, cuts in and out, repeatedly. Audio goes out of sync during cutscenes, too, like a bad chinese kung fu movie with horrible dubbing. The game audio outside of cutscenes goes back to normal.

Navigating system menus also generates a lot of audio distortion!

Doesn't matter if I use the Windows Sonic profile, Dolby Atmos profile, etc.

I updated headset firmware, I am running the latest Series X firmware, etc. Etc. None of that fixed it.

Anyone have any ideas on if/when this will be fixed??
