Audio Cuts out in video game.

Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on how to deal with strange predicament. I can totally see how this could get old really fast. I suggest trying a soft reset of the console if it's happening every single time.
It's a reset of your console back to factory settings but one that does not uninstall any of your games or apps and is a really good troubleshooting step for most issues.

How to reset your console to factory defaults on Xbox One, select the option denoted reset and keep my games & apps and let us know how that helps with the issue.

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely.
Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes.
Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

Has checado tus cables? Que no esten trosados o doblados en alguna parte que es to este influyendo en esto? Sino puedes tratar De cambiar la configuration De tu audio desde configuracion, audio y tipo De audio tal vez este mal seleccionado el tipo De
salida De audio espero y te funcione saludos!

Only seemed to work with MW. When I booted into Rainbow, same problem came back.
