  1. Audio cuts out and won't reconnect stream to console.

For months everything was working fine. The Xbox app on my laptop would connect to my console when I hit stream and there was no problems. Audio worked, it connected right away to my console. A couple of weeks ago I got an update for Windows. Suddenly now
my audio will randomly drop from within the Xbox app only. Also, if I stop streaming from my console for a minute to say walk away from my laptop or invite a friend to a party or for any miniscule reason I lose audio and on top of it it won't let me reconnect
to my console. If I close the app and attempt to reopen it it won't open again unless I completely shut down my laptop. But even then I have to remove the app and reinstall it just to get it to open and at that point it's a 50-50 chance whether it will connect
and whether or not it'll have sound if it connects. This morning I tried 37 times to connect streaming from my laptop to my console before I got it to both connect and have audio. I have spent the last 4 days searching the internet going through every single
troubleshooting option that Microsoft and third-party people have had to offer. I couldn't help but notice that this same problem other people have had and has been going on for over two years. I even wiped my computer clean and did a fresh install of Windows
starting completely over and it still happened. I've done all the troubleshooting steps with the drivers I've done all the troubleshooting steps with network. I even tried the absolutely ridiculous steps people mentioned of changing from your friends list
to the favorites tab when you first launch the app. Nothing has helped at all. Please whoever from support should reply to this do not reply and tell me or give me a link to troubleshooting steps. I cannot emphasize enough how many times I have done all the
available troubleshooting steps. I even spent almost all of yesterday on the phone with the manufacturers of my laptop and the hardware in it. It is not my laptop. It is not my internet. It is either Windows 10 or the Xbox app. I strongly implore whoever replies
to actually read through this post and get a good firm grasp on what I'm saying.

    :)

Change playback language on videos from USB

The Xbox 360 media player had to make some cuts to fit in the Xbox 360 system memory. For MP4 video files, multiple audio streams (and selection thereof) is not supported. The Xbox 360 will always play the first audio stream of a media file, with no way
    to change the audio stream.

You might have to remove the English audio stream from the file or remux it, so the Spanish language track is the first in the file.

Audio problem while streaming games to xbox app.

Whenever I stream Call of Duty through the xbox app the audio cuts out randomly. The sound through my headset is fine just the sound on the xbox windows app cuts out. Example
That is from my twitch livestream and you can see the audio working when I first shoot then it cuts out. Is there anyone else with this problem or a possible fix? I have tried changing the video encoding level all the way to low and it still happens.

Audio cuts out and won't reconnect stream to console.

    Hi II T1NY II,

I appreciate you for bringing this up. Normally, you should be able to stream to your Xbox One using the Xbox app on your Windows 10. Just to confirm, does the issue occurs after installing the latest Windows 10 Update on your computer? If so, it is possible
that the update is corrupted or there's an issue with applying it to Windows 10 which affects the functionality of the Xbox app. I recommend that you try uninstalling the latest Windows 10 Update on your computer to check if that will help you stream normally
using the Xbox app. To do that, kindly perform the following steps below:

    1. Press the Windows key, and then click the gear icon to access Settings page.
    2. Go to Update and Security.
    3. Click View installed update history.
    4. Select Uninstall updates.
    5. Uninstall the latest Windows Update on your computer.

Do get back to us with the results. We'd be more than willing to provide you additional help.

  7. I apologize for the delayed reply. Those steps did not help. I once again completely wiped and resinstalled Windows with no luck. I have managed to find a work around to keep sound but it is still a toss up as to whether or not the Xbox app connects my stream
to my console. This is extremely frustrating, especially since it was working perfectly and then all of sudden it's a headache. After all I have been through with this issue it seems that the catalys is the Xbox app on Windows 10. There are other issues I
have noticed while trying to use it. My only concern is the streaming function however. I really hope this can be fixed. My optism and disposition are somewhat spoiled in this regard as this same issue has been going on for a couple years with several other
users. Should I manage to find an actual fix I will happily reply with it.

I appreciate your reply. Normally, reinstalling your Windows 10 on your computer will eliminate corrupted files on your computer that may affect the functionality of the Xbox app. Have you also installed the latest driver updates on your computer? If not,
    you may refer to this
    link
as your guide on how to update them on your computer.

If the issue persists, I recommend that you contact our Xbox Team so that they can further investigate this issue on the Xbox app. You may refer to this
