Audio cuts/Game Crashing

For the past few days, my Xbox One X has been losing audio and will freeze and lock up, the only solution being to unplug the console and let it restart. The audio is mostly still there (some is gone completely) but everything I hear is cut short. I have already done a factory reset. Any help would be appreciated!

Hello again, right, if it's or Bluetooth is using the original Microsoft headsets or some third party, if it's some third party it might be something on the signal emission basis.

It’s through a headset, but it’s not the headset that’s not working. I have it connected to Bluetooth so I can hear what’s on my phone and I can hear all of that just fine. The reset wasn’t a full one, it kept all the games and all I had to do was sync them back up

Hello Inferno98, when referring to the audio of the console is listening to the audio on the TV ie the sound passing through the HDMI cable, or it would be with a headset connected to the control.

When resetting, was it a full reset or the one that keeps the games and Apps?

So the problem has actually gotten worse, the console turns on but the controller won’t connect and the Xbox no longer sends an HDMI signal to the monitor. I ordered a new PSU in hopes that solves the problem

So basically they fix it I have to uninstall everything and start from scratch way to go Microsoft -_-
