Audio Crackling only when controller is wired

Hi

This problem happened from 1 month ago

No i didn't change any things

I don't have xbox wireless headset , i connect my headset to 3.5 jack on controller

And i have audio peoblem only when connect controller directly to zbox with usb

The Xbox Wireless Headset is compatible with Xbox Series X|S consoles, Xbox One consoles, mobile devices, and Windows devices. If you experience problems with your headset’s audio (such as distortion, buzzing, too much bass, or issues hearing or speaking), you can use the Xbox Accessories app to adjust your settings. To do so on console:

• Press the Xbox button  to open the guide, and then go to Profile & system > Settings > Device & connections > Accessories. When the Xbox Accessories app launches, choose your headset from the list of connected accessories, and then select Configure. Select Restore to default.

What is the headsets make and model?

Adjust the settings by following the steps below

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
   
2. Select the Audio & music icon at the bottom of the guide.
   
3. You can adjust headset settings like volume, chat mixer, and mic monitoring on the Audio & music screen.
   

Note If your headset is plugged into the port on an Xbox One Stereo Headset Adapter that is connected to the controller, use the controls on the adapter to adjust the headset settings. (The Audio & music controls located at the bottom of the guide will be disabled.)

the controllers only support audio through wired connection, bluetooth audio is not supported on any xbox controller.
