    Audio coming through a single headphone instead of both


    Hello! So I recently purchased the elite series 2 controller and everything has been fine (despite the slight key drift that tends to come with every xbox controller lol, even the 180$ ones). However my audio just cut out from one headphone and I can’t find out why. I thought it was my headset bc they’re old so i literally JUST went to get Astro A10’s (brand new btw) and the audio still won’t work.

    I’m not sure if this is either faulty headset or just my controller. Makes zero sense for it to not be working when it was two days ago. And even further the new headset should be flawless so two headsets both not producing half audio? got to be my controller.

    I’m just so frustrated with xbox products at this point, seems that there is always an issue with longevity no matter how much you spend on products.

    I’ve tried all the online tips provided by xbox and like always they don’t work. I’ve tried cleaning the dongle and everything, just frustrated. Please help me.

    Not to mention that I keep my xbox SO EMPTY bc I know how awful it is at it’s performance. I only have minecraft and Apex legends downloaded lmao. And somehow it still can’t even compute those two freaking games.

    Xbox One X should be like 399$ with how trash everything else is.

    I resolved my mic issue however im so frustrated with microsoft. y’all make the absolute WORST products to push out. A money hungry company who makes terrible devices which break in record time to just continuously buy new products. I’ve gone through like three controllers just this year (I take tremendous care of them as well bc i know how easily y’all build them to break) and even on my $180 elite controller I still get controller drift after one month of use.

    Not to mention my Xbox One S I’ve had for like 3 years is the biggest piece of trash i’ve ever owned. I think my original xbox lasted longer than this. I get the screen of death any time i reboot my xbox bc of lag or something. and then after I can’t even see my menu! I just got an error because “home” took too long to load.

    I want to switch over to playstation so bad because all my friends are on there, but all of my history of gaming is on here. Am i clinging onto the past? or should i just say forget microsoft and get something more reliable.

    Terrible terrible terrible engineering and products y’all make. I shouldn’t have to go and get this many new accessories and devices and them being priced this high just to have something “so called reliable” like the elite controller. when in reality it’s a glorified regular controller with all the same issues just more features. get real.

    Voice chat through speakers

    Why isn't there an option on to have the chat audio come through TV speakers, headphones, or both like there was on the las XBOX. Seems like a very poor decision to get rid of those options. I want the chat audio coming through my television and headseat
    like I used to do with the XBOX360. How is there no fix for this yet?
