Audio CD Player & Media Remote

So have the media remote and it does not function at all inside the CD player app. The guide button works to go home but no button functionality inside the app. Shouldn't it work?

Also note the CD has to be an Audio Cd not a CD of mp3's or other formats.

 

Can not, for the life of me, get music to save on my Xbox

You have to burn the CD as a Music CD. You can't burn the tracks as .mp3's, here's a link to the instructions.

Unfortunately, the Audio CD Player app does not currently support the media remote. Since this definitely sounds like a feature that you and Groowey are interested in having, I would recommend posting in our Wishlist/Feedback forums to help ensure the right
eyes see your feedback.

 

I have the same issue. Please add Xbox one media remote functionality to the CD player app. I hate having to go to Xbox one controller for this basic functionality. CD player is a media component...thanks

Please add Xbox One Media Remote functionality to the Xbox One Audio CD player.

 

Same issue here. Although I am sure it's not high on the priority list, those of us who choose to use it, expect a quality experience! A screensaver mode for the player would be much appreciated as well. This is a basic function of pretty much all software
based music players now a days. P.S. The audio quality is outstanding using this app! (Had to be positive too!
