Audio CD player app is "Unavailable"

Microsoft this is ***, im having problems left and right with my xbox one, and now my cd player doesnt work just like loads of other people. I should have learned my lesson and switched to playstation considering ive had multiple xbox 360s overheat and
break on me as well.

All Microsoft is good at is making faulty products.

Same problem can't play cd unavailable to download from store

 

I just got a brand new console and have the same issue.

 

Same problem here. It would nice to hear from MS.

 

I'll be taking the piece of crap back for a refund if this *** persists

Same. This is garbage. Shouldnt need an app to play an audio cd.

 

Same problem here. Happened two days ago. Checked again today, same problem as everyone is having. Come on Microsoft

 

I'm really *** off right now, nobody seems to know what's going on with the app

 

Having the same issue. Today is the first time I tried to play a music cd in the xbox one. I can't uninstall the player either. Microsoft please email my account or post a comprehensive fix to this issue. Thanks.

 

Oops. Forgot to add that I live in the US and am in Central Time Zone. All settings on the xbox one are set to this as well.

This has really annoyed me!

I called XBOX support (microsoft) to see why we were seeing this.

All they could tell me was that the "Audi CD Player App is Unavailable"

... I think we knew that already!

I am becoming increasingly disappointed by the XBOX ONE.

If I had not already invested so much time,effort and money on Accessories and Games,

I would return it for a full refund today!... although i doubt microsoft would refund any money spent!

Such a shame. Microsoft you FAIL!

 

Same here. Was working fine 2 days ago. Spent an hour and a half on the phone with support who had me try a factory reset which didn't work and after that the guy decided to try their console and said it wasn't working on thiers either. So I lost all my
data for nothing and ended up with an "we'll document it and get back to you"

Haven't heard from anyone since.

 

Yeah i have the same prob the Audio Cd Player App in unavailable for the Xbox 1. I was on and off tech support all day and they said it was a maintenance issue. They said to wait 24 to 48 hours until the system is worked on. It will be available soon.
They are working on it. Right you should not need apps to play cd's or watch movies....... crazy. Some of the techs did not even know they had an Audio Cd Player App. ???
