Audio CD App

I don't know if anyone knows or how long it has been there but there is a Audio CD App on the App section

Same. This is garbage. Shouldnt need an app to play an audio cd.

 

It's been there since launch, but all it does is play CDs, you cannot rip or play MP3.

 

I don't think you should be able to rip MP3s onto the Xbox One anyways - it'll just start taking up space on your HDD for now and slow things down, which isn't worth it IMO; you can use your PC for that instead. Now, if we could only stream that media from
our PCs through better integration of Smartglass, that would be nice...

 

I prefer to rip my discs to the console, and once we can have USB storage space won't be a problem.

 

...or you know, you could just rip your music onto a USB through your PC right now & already be set to listen to music by plugging it in when that additional USB storage support comes to the Xbox One without using up any internal storage space that could
potentially slow everything down.

 

Each to their own, I prefer music on the console, I have done since the first Xbox launched.

sorry but i dont buy CD's so

 

I understand your point N7, my cousin buys most of his music from I-Tunes, but I have an extensive music collection in the form of vinyl and CD, so for me ripping is essential.
