    I dont get any sound from my head phones when plugged into my controller . Its a new controller like month old and headset. It worked fine up till when I cut it on this morning to play.

    Hey there DEATHSROKE 6000,

    The audio button should appear once you have a headset plugged in. If your headset is already plugged in and you still do not see an audio button then this means that your headset is not being recognized by the controller.

    Thanks for that response, let's take a look at the controllers firmware and confirm that there is no pending updates.

    Update your Xbox One Controller

    What type of headset is it that you are using and are you plugging it into an Adaptor or straight to the controller?

    Hi, if you want to use audio option, you need to have the headsets connected, but If you have the headphones connected to the adapter, it will not detect it and the option
    will not appear.
