    I just signed into my account after that I tried to send a message to one of my friends and it said cannot communicate due to behavior in the past and I don't know what I did to get that?

    It's not a permenant ban but those that have received a retail console early and connected it to the net have had it banned.

    Teabagging is wrong and should be delt with by banning.

    Is there a way to send In-game (NOT XBOX PARTY) voice communication to a Capture Card and to the Xbox Wireless Headset?

    or just have everyone use discord from any device they have and you have it on pc, much easier solution and no risk of comm bans that way. and feed that audio into your stream

    False Reported On Xbox Live?

    After a report is filed they review text and audio chat logs, and a 2 week ban is steep enough that they found something. I'd suggest maybe even though something might not be offensive to you, it was to someone?

    Xbox one does not recognise that headset is plugged in to the controller

    Have you checked to make sure the audio isn't set to off? I do that all the time and forget. Also the headset may need an update directly from the manufactures site. Or worse case scenario you have a communication ban
