    Audio and time and date issues


    I have two issues. One being I'm trying to log into the internet and when I go to authenticate it it asks me to put in the time and date, but when I go to click done. Yellow text above done tells me my time and date need to be changed and I've tried doing it offline, restarting my xbox, and completely unplugging my xbox and retrying it.

    Another issue I'm having is when playing online games I cant hear my teammates but they can hear me. I can also hear the rest of the ingame sounds just not what my teammates are saying.

    There will be a patch incoming to fix the audio-synch issues, but there is no time-frame for release date. The frame-rate tends to lag now and then, but it's mostly in Silent hill 3, and for me, it happens after killing bosses or having an achievement pop
    up.

    If you have tried everything that others have suggested and still not working.... Make sure your controller is up to date with latest update. Doing that fixed my audio issues.

    Please answer the following questions to assist you properly :

    Are you on Windows 10 or 11?
    Do you know if your windows system received an update or is this the first time you play the game?
    If you connect temporarily a headset, are you able to hear or not at all?

    In the meantime try this:
    Have you tried adjusting your Date & Time settings? I know that sounds a bit odd, but this may fix your issue.
    Right click the time and the date at the bottom right corner of your screen
    Select "Adjust date and time"
    Switch "Set time automatically" to on
    Switch "Set time zone automatically" to on
    Hit the "Sync now" button next to "Sync now"

    Have you tried "Format" for your Microphone in the sound settings for your input device?

    - Go to your Settings
    - Navigate to Bluetooth & devices
    - Select Devices
    - Scroll down to Related settings and select Sound
    - Select your audio input device under Input.

    In the next menu, you should see Format under Input settings. Select an audio format that's no higher than 48000 Hz (DVD Quality) <try with each audio format>
    Try joining a party in the Game Bar or the Xbox app to verify whether or not the changes solved the issue. If that doesn't work, try adjusting the audio format by repeating the steps above to verify if any other format works.

    Please also double check if you have audio enhancements enabled, if yes disable it.

    Hello

    Have you checked to be sure you don't have the headset audio set to off? I've done that a few times and forgot to turn audio back on.

    Also have you checked to be sure your Turtle Beach Headset is up to date? Most headsets need an update and come with an app these days.
