Audible Static Noise - Home Screen and Gameplay

I played yesterday just fine with no issues. Wake up this morning and I can hear audible static noise coming from my TV as soon as it starts to boot up. It is not my TV; brand new and tested using other devices. Changed out the HDMI cord, still nothing.
Wouldn't stop unless I turned "OFF" the audio on the HDMI input on the Xbox One X. That tells me something is wrong.

What I mean by noise is every time I move the analog stick on the home screen to choose the game I want, it makes the noise for 3-4 seconds and stops but then as soon as I start a game, its constant. I can't describe the noise other than muted static; its
not quite static.

There was an update yesterday so sounds like something borked unless its my system; which I would not be happy with since I just got it last week. I'm dealing with insomnia and wanted to play, guess I don't. Every game is unplayable. Please help.

Weird home screen on new one s

Having the same issue AND I have audible static noise whenever I move the analog stick. Can't hear my games over it either.

Xbox one making weird noise

Recently received the Madden 15 bundle and the Xbox makes this buzzing/whinning noise. The weird thing is that the noise seems to only be audible when idling on the dashboard and/or if running an app. If I load up a game the noise completely stops. Also
if I have a game running in the background and idle on dashboard or run an app the noise isn't audible. Very strange, already tried hard reboot and unplug from outlet.

All cleared. Seems like it was my TV after all. PS4 didn't hear the noise, but I just hooked my PC up to it and it was making the sound again. I power cycled the TV and we are all good. Damn Vizio

The last thing you may try is plugging your Xbox to another screen to see if the static noise continue. If so, I advise you to reach to the Xbox Support.

It’s making a loud noise all the time but stays the same volume, on the home screen, games or apps..always making a Noise

I've had 4 PSUs so far: -

1 - Made a constant ticking noise that was audible at all times.

2 - Same as 1.

3 - No ticking, but made a loud buzzing noise constantly that was audible at all times.

4 - Makes a quiet hum that is not audible over ambient noise in a quiet room.

I consider 4 to be normal as you'll never get a truly silent PSU as there's a fan that runs 24/7 unless you use the power saving mode. There is certainly a lot of variance with these PSUs though and obviously placement, size of room, which room the Xbox
One is in etc. will all make a difference to people's perception of the noise. Hopefully MS can tighten up on QC so that everyone gets a PSU that's like my 4th one.
