    Auction Shop and Tune Setup Not Working


    I recently got forza horizon 4 on my PC and I've been playing it a lot with my friends online in the same server and they have been going into the auction house and getting tune setup for cars and it just doesn't work for me. The auction house button is
    greyed out and I can't select or click it. For the tune setup, I can enter it and it says it is downloading content but when it does it says that there are no tunes found. Does anyone know why this is happening?

    Alright I got some good news. I have fixed the problem by going into my xbox privacy settings and allowing everything. After a painful 30 minutes of trying to log into the xbox website and changing my setting I have fixed it!

    Thank you for posting here on the Xbox forums. Sorry to hear that the auction house feature is not working out on your PC. Is there any troubleshooting that you have already tried out? If not, i would start by re-installing the game.

    Hi! I have just re-installed forza horizon 4 and went to the auction house and tuning setups. They are currently still in the same state as before where i can't enter the auction house and can't load any tuning setups. Is the any other way to fix this?
    Maybe something with Xbox Live or Xbox Parental Settings?

    Hi, 1) I'm not using Windows 11, I am currently on 10.

    2) There are no background apps that could intervene with the connection. And also nor auction house or the Forzathon shop is working, and the same with tunes, decals and so on.

    I have also tried to reset the network connection but still nothing changed.
