A ultima atualização esta causando problemas nos jogos no meu foi F1 2015.. erros de idioma.. no xbox one.. oque vocês da microsoft fazem.. não e possível que nenhuma atualização preview venha correta.. todas com problemas.. e o pior temos que esperar dias
e dias para ser resolvido.. um absurdo... não recebemos nada para ser preview (cobaias) e nem resolver o problema rapidamente conseguem.... ligamos para o support e somos obrigados a escutar que o problema não e de vocês que nada podem fazer.. e jogam a culpa
em nos...... fiz uma gravação com o jogo instalado em um xbox one sem preview e funcionou tudo corretamente.. mas no console preview.. resetado de fabrica e instalado tudo novamente nem assim teve sucesso.. horas e horas perdidas.. vocês não tem ideia da
minha indignação..... tenha responsabilidade e resolvam o problema o mais rápido possível.... sejam, competentes.. que porcaria que estão fazendo com este console.. absurdo....

the problem as quickly as possible .... are , competent .. that crap are making this console .. absurd ....

sempre quando vou atualizar meu xbox 360, ELE FICA Dando Erro OU falha na Atualização ja Tentei Faz Uma Atualização off mas deu o msm Problema e Mensagem

Pessoal eu uso a Dash Beta e até AGORA não apareceu nada de atualização aqui...quero atualizar pelo pendrive ou algum cd/dvd-r , minha dash atual é a versão 2.0 14699.0 , então queria saber qual a versão de quem ja atualizou e se aqui , support.xbox.com/.../system-updates

If the console is not in the preview program, can you explain in detail what errors or problems you are having with this game?

Error C000-0185 occurs when downloading an Xbox 360 console update.

I recommend to try the following troubleshooting article:
Troubleshoot problems with an update to your Xbox 360 console. If you’ve tried all the solutions on this page but are still experiencing the problem, your console may need to be repaired. You can submit an online repair request at
Device Support.

Thank you for bringing this situation to our attention here on the forums. I understand you're having trouble updating your Xbox 360 console? Have you tried updating the console from a different network? If the problem persists try the steps listed in this
helpful support article: Troubleshoot problems with an update to your Xbox 360 console. Solution 7 to Rollback
the most recent update is a good one to look into here it is.

Clear the system cache. To do this, see the "Clear the system cache" section above.
Roll back and then reinstall system updates. To do this:
Press the Guide button on your controller.
Go to settings and select System.
Select Storage.
Enter the following button sequence: X, LB, RB, X, LB, RB, X.
Select the option to roll back all system updates that are installed. The console will restart automatically and then download the updates again.
