Atualização Ark Evolved[Ark Evolved Update]

Semana passada, o Xbox One do meu filho atualizou o jogo Ark Evolved. Desde então, ele não consegue jogar. O jogo não atualiza, aparece a mensagem INSTALAÇÃO INTERROMPIDA.

Já reiniciamos o console, já desinstalamos o jogo. Já excluímos o jogo e nada acontece. Aparece um erro 0x80070570.

Agora, seguindo um procedimento visto na internet, já que não tem um telefone de contato com a microsoft para suporte, fiz um tal de Power Cycling. E agora é que danou tudo, além de não resolver, não inicia o Xbox, aparece uma mensagem de que o HOME ESTÁ
DEMORANDO DEMAIS PARA RESPONDER, e erro 0xc000006D.

Como resolver isso?

Thank you for your post. I understand you are experiencing an issue with updating Ark: Survival Evolved. To further troubleshoot this issue, please try performing a

Factory Reset while keeping your games & apps installed.

Please let us know how this goes.

Ark Survival Evolved is a full game, and Ark Extinction is an add-on. Your title and description are contrary to each other and so I'm confused.

If you purchased Ark Survival Evolved then you should be just able to play it. However, if you purchased Ark Extinction then you must also purchase Ark
Survival Evolved.

Thank you for contacting the Xbox support forums. Ark Genesis Part 2 is part of the Genesis season pass that you can purchase separately with Ark: Survival Evolved. At this time, the Ark: Survival Evolved Explorer's Edition which includes; the Survival Evolved Season Pass, Extinction, Aberration, Scorched Earth, and Survival Evolved Aberrant Skins is the current edition that is available on Game Pass.

Ark: Genesis Part 2 is part of the second expansion pack which is not currently available with Game Pass. However, Game Pass members may currently receive a discount on the ARK: Genesis Season Pass which would include Ark: Genesis Part 2.
