Exactly... Don't let your own kid turn into some hater that breaks the law and goes to prison etc... Alot of parents these days are so damn disgraceful that they can't even teach their kids the right way.

Says who says you? Personally I think sheltering your kids (like what you are doing) is far more harmful than good. You don't want your son growing up and being some kind of a little pansey do you? Sounds to me like you should let them experience what
life offers around the age of 14 imo. Personally I don't give a damn how you raise you kids, but I'll be doing a much better job than you. No offense pops.

local law enforcements don't deal with cyber threats. I will have to contact the Federal Bureau of Investigation Internet Crimes Division. I'd hate to waste there time and have them subpoena MS. It would be Microsofts best interest to handle this situation
themselves.

Do I fear for my life over this? Not in the slightest. Do I feel that kids should be able to get away with sending death threats? what do you think? Social online gaming has taken a turn for the worst in the past couple years. The old school "good game"
has now turned to "your garbage" "homo" "try hard" etc etc. I get hate mail daily. it doesn't bother me. I find it humorous and make montages out of them. But sending death threats is a whole different ball game. it is not OKAY to think one can get away with
these threats, be them serious or empty. there has to be a line where Microsoft says enough, and I think Death Threats is a good place to start.

Always be cautious but I would chalk it up to 12 to 15 year old arrogance who thinks it's funny to threaten people that they will be hacked or killed etc. You check that person's game list and it's always 9 out ot 10 Shooters. Not that Shooters are bad,
I play them myself, but the genre definitely brings out all the scum out there with the single pourpose of ruining games. None of these punks would even have a shed of bravery if confronted in real life. The saftey of the TV/Monitor makes people very brave
these days!
