ATTN: Miss Portia Xbox Preview Program

I got invited to the preview program on 6/16/15. Almost two weeks ago. withing the past week ive been calling and talking to support and they all say that ive been accepted to the program. Why didn't I ever receive the message from xbox one containing the
link to download the xbox preview program. Is there any way to check on the status or for someone to manually send it to me. I also dont have access to the forums for some odd reason. please help me and respond

They recently changed the rate at which people are being accepted into the program, here's a quote from Miss Portia Xbox One Preview Program Manager

XBOX ONE PREVIEW FOR DEVELOPERS

The reduced the acceptance rate, so enrollment can take quite a while. Here's a quote from Miss Portia, Xbox One Preview Program Manager

hi there first off customer support cannot tell you whether you have access to the preview program or not second you recieved an invite but that doesnt gurantee access to the preview program. If you need to msg miss portia do it thru private message.

 

In response to what ProGamer4Life13 said; please do not Private Message staff directly.

They do not deal with support requests via PM's or Xbox Live messages.

Miss Portia or another member of staff will reply here as and when they can.
