ATTN: All Users Waiting on PC Code for Quantum Break

Please take a look at these forums here, Uh oh... that shouldn't have happened.



It is filled with people who still haven't received their Gears of War codes for 1,2,3 and Judgement for purchasing the Ultimate Edition. This has been going on for almost six months, with no resolution in sight.

Unfortunately, you will never receive your Quantum Break code, just as these users will never receive theirs Gears of War code. The mods may tell you it is being looked into. Support will tell you to post here. But, nothing will happen.

I'm sorry you are in this unpleasant scenario, but please take something away from all this: Microsoft cannot handle these types of promotions, as evident by the Gears fiasco and now this one. Please, stay away from these promotions in the future.

Quantum Break code for Windows 10 issues

Hey Steve! All of the Quantum Break codes are redeemable on an Xbox One but they are all intended for a PC download of Quantum Break. When you install Quantum Break on the PC do you get an specific error codes or messages?

I can only assume this is not all users as I know I managed to receive all the codes (Alan Wake, Windows 10 version, etc). In my case I pre-ordered directly from the Xbox store on the Xbox One - guessing the people with the problems have the same

 

Right if that's the case I've not received the code for AW AM I'm going to put the matter into the hands of the Trading Standards office as the deal ( ie a contract ) has been broken by Microsoft.

The contract was that if people pre ordered Quantum Break then a code would be sent out for a copy for Win 10 as well as code for AW AM. That contract, as stated, has been broken. I'll be taking legal advice.
