Buongiorno a tutti

Ho una Xbox One X solo con uscite hdmi e un Monitor Gaming Samsung U28E590 che ha 2 uscite hdmi e una display port.

Da poco è uscito l'aggiornamento per sfruttare il freesync sulla Xbox.

IL monitor mi fa attivare il Freesync solo tramite displayport.

Come faccio a collegare la Xbox One X al monitor?

Goodmorning everyone I have an Xbox One X with only HDMI outputs and a Samsung U28E590 Gaming Monitor that has 2 HDMI outputs and a display port. The update was recently released to take advantage of freesync on the Xbox. The monitor
allows me to activate the Freesync only via displayport. How do I connect the Xbox One X to the monitor?

Freesync and freesync 2 spring update

so i just got my spring update. I bought a asus vp28uqg 4k gaming screen with freesync just because i wantet to play my games with freesync.

How come i cant turn my freesync on now that the one x suports freesync? I think i have freesync 1 and i toght that microsoft where suporting both freesync 1 and 2.

If it is how do i turn it on?

Hey there, you would need to use a monitor that supports free sync natively over HDMI or you can try to use an adapter HDMI to Display port. However, we wouldn't be able to guarantee functionality with an adapter.

Hi I have the same issue. Do you know any adapter from hdmi to displayport 60HZ? I found only 30Hz

Yes, all Xbox One models will be getting Freesync support. At the time of this posting, Freesync is available in ALL preview rings right now, so if you're in the Insider Program and you have a Freesync-supported display, this should be worth checking out
and testing.

One thing to note is there is a slight difference with the Freesync support on the different console models though:

The Xbox One S/X will get Freesync 2 support (with HDR).
The original Xbox One will get Freesync support (the first version of Freesync).
