    Dear Xbox Staff,

    I have currently been in the process of working with Xbox support to transfer over my US account to Canada. The staff has been great helping set up my profile, address change and payment issues. But after almost an hour and a half working with Kim S (who
    was amazing) I was not able to transfer my 6+ years of my Gold account. I know it sounds trivial, BUT as a gamer we love our achievements and status. Kim S even escalated the issue to the Advance Support Team to try and transfer my years over. My account was
    set up for automatic renewal and my CC was active, but it canceled my account on me.

    I find this unfair for the gaming community to lose their information or status just because we move locations. There are many military personnel that move around a lot as well, so I am sure there are others out there with my same concern.

    Please look into this matter and consider the longer hours and years gamers put into their game play and status. We should be entitled to keep our achievements no matter how little Xbox deems them.

    Online multiplayer is only available to Gold membership holders. Seeing as your tag is showing as Silver you will not be able to access it.

    However, be aware that this weekend is a Free Gold Weekend for the US and Canada. You will be able to play online during that time

    Your tenure transfers between regions

    Ita only content that doesnt

    You get a prepaid code for the remaining period

    Now anytime you are ailver doesnt count as tenure

    So if you have 6 years tenure your account wont show 6 years while you are silver

    Only when your account is gold

    To be clear You only will see your tenure when you are gold not whem you are silver

    Since you are silver right now onbthis accounnt your tenure wont show even if you didnt migrate

    When you reactive your gold membership your tenure will show then

    There is no way to merge profiles and nothing can be transferred between accounts. If you added gold to the Live account, you can contact support and they should be able to cancel the subscription and give you a token for the remaining time to add to the

    Nothing can be transferred between accounts. However you do have a couple of options. If you contact support they should be able to cancel the subscription and give you a token for the remaining time to add to the correct account (1-800-4my-xbox if you're

    The other option is to make sure you have the console set as your Home console with the account that has the gold on it. The One can share gold so you will be able to access the gold subscription on the correct account with that setting.
